As the Founder of Tenth Mountain Recruiting, a veteran-owned boutique agency, he specializes in aligning top-tier talent with organizations across tech, government, manufacturing, and C-suite sectors.

A passionate veteran advocate, Ryan recently accepted a volunteer role as the Chicago Bunker Labs Ambassador, where he supports veteran entrepreneurs and fosters community growth. With a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Human Resources Management, Ryan combines his expertise in modern recruitment strategies with a commitment to empowering clients, candidates, and the veteran community.
