What do military families, corporate teams, and community leaders all have in common? The need for power skills—those core, transferable abilities like communication, empathy, and leadership that drive meaningful impact.
In this episode of the 15ish Minute Coffee Chat, hosts Anna and Aaron sit down with Rachelle Chapman, Director of The Adecco Group US Foundation. With more than 20 years of experience in workforce development and relationship strategy, Rachelle shares how power skills—often labeled “soft”—are actually the foundation of effective leadership, deeper collaboration, and long-term professional success.
What you’ll learn: Leadership isn’t about what’s on your business card—it’s about what you do every day. In this episode of the 15ish Minute Coffee Chat, Anna and Selena are joined by Camden McGregor, leadership coach and VP of Operations at Tribe and Purpose. Camden believes that anyone can lead—no title required. But it takes commitment, action, and a passion for developing others. Drawing from his experience coaching high-level rugby teams and mentoring entrepreneurs, Camden shares a powerful perspective on how leadership is built through growth, not authority. Whether you’re leading a team or leading yourself, this episode will show you how to take real, meaningful steps toward becoming the kind of leader people want to follow.
